Shipping and Returns
Each item is hand cleaned/disinfected before placement in our signature recycled paper boxes. We carefully package each item to ensure safe arrival.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free ground shipping on every order over $100. We ship via USPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer 2-day shipping for $24. Please note, there is a 1-2 business day processing window for all orders, including those with expedited shipping. This option only expedites the time with the shipping carrier.
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail within 2-4 days after an order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. USPS Priority Mail offers an estimated 2-3 days delivery after shipment. We are not responsible for any items that are mis-delivered or undelivered.
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivers in 6-10 days depending on your country. Our prices do not include any customs fees (they vary depending on where you are), so any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs are collected by the local shipping company upon delivery, and you are responsible for paying those additional costs. We declare full item value on all international orders and include an invoice for customs.

Where is my package?
We send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships, so you can follow the delivery right to your doorstep! Please keep in mind tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.
If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t turned up just yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance. If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first then emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer returns. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. We are happy to facilitate an exchange or give you a store credit to use towards our jewelry or any of our workshops.
Please email us at email@example.com to facilitate an exchange, as we are unable to accept returned packages without prior confirmation.
Unwanted items can be exchanged for another item or store credit within 14 days of receipt of original package at your cost. Please ensure sufficient postage is paid for your return, as we are unable to accept packages that do not carry the correct postage. We recommend when returning an item, to send it with confirmation of delivery as we cannot issue a refund or exchange in the event of loss or damage in transit.
